Payment Policy

Sweet William accepts american express, mastercard, visa, payola and sweet william gift cards.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Sales tax is charged only to customers in states where sweet william has a physical presence.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 pm est will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2-3 days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 5 pm est will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 2-3 days. Orders placed on Friday after 5 pm est will begin processing on the following Monday. Sweet william ltd. will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. 


We use FedEx for domestic delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to apo/fpo addresses, as well as p.o. boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. There is a $9.95 flat rate.

For international shipments, we use USPS. There is a $23.95 flat rate. the receiver will be responsible for any/all taxes and customs duties.

Sweet William is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

Privacy Policy

Sweet William ltd. will neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. We will never disclose your personal information to any organization or individual except when required by law. We have procedures to ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe, secure, and responsible manner. If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. Sweet William will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit/exchange. Returns must be made within 14 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Swimwear is FINAL SALE. Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Once we have received your return we will process store credit/exchange within 2 business days. Store credit expires after 6 months.

All discounted merchandise is final sale-no returns, exchanges or store credit given.
